Shuttle
The Woodlands has a Day, Night and Game Day Shuttle that is a free amenity
for tenants.
UTK Academic Calendar 2023-2024
Class Shuttle
-Our day shuttle follows the UTK Academic Calendar (If UTK has no class,
the shuttle will not run)
-Picks up at Woodlands and Drops of at Neyland Stadium (near Alumni
Memorial) every 30 minutes.
Game Day Shuttle:
Begins running 3 hours before the game and drops off as close to Neyland as
possible (usually via circle park). Pick up is at the courthouse on Main
St. and will run until 2 hours after the game.
Night Van:
-Picks up at Woodlands Clubhouse and drops of at Shell on Cumberland.
**If a Football game pick-up time is during night van hours, our night van will pickup**

Security
Onsite Security Officer who responds to late night calls and calls during the day. Call (865) 609-4034 for after-hours calls. If there is an immediate emergency please call 911.
